Biography/Research Interests

I use statistical physics and an array of techniques from computational physics including molecular dynamics simulations (ab initio, classical and coarse grain) and bioinformatics to advance two major research themes: (1) Evolutionary conservation of structural dynamics; and (2) Networks of coevolving residues.
